3. How We Collect Information

4. How Your Data Flows Through Our System

For transparency, here is exactly how your information moves through our system when you use the Service:

  1. Address Entry: You type your property address into our search bar. Google Places API provides autocomplete suggestions. When you select an address, it is sent to the Google Geocoding API to produce a standardized, validated address.
  2. Property Lookup: The standardized address is sent from our backend server to the UGRC ArcGIS FeatureServer (a public government database) to retrieve your property's county assessor records, including assessed market value, building square footage, and parcel ID.
  3. Equity Calculation: Your loan balance (which you provided) and the assessed market value (from the county) are used to calculate your LTV ratio. This calculation happens on our server.
  4. Lead Record: When you provide your name and email, we store your information (name, email, address, loan details, LTV results) in our PostgreSQL database hosted on Supabase so we can deliver your report and provide support.
  5. Payment: When you click a purchase button, you are redirected to Stripe's hosted checkout. After payment, Stripe sends a webhook to our server confirming the purchase.
  6. Report Generation and Delivery: Upon payment confirmation, our server generates your personalized PDF report using the data in your lead record and emails it to you via Resend (our email delivery provider).

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
